The media could not be loaded. Firstly, I will say for the price I got it is probably about on par for the quality BUT there could’ve been a bit more transparency with that quality. Right away, I noticed long scratches on the corner of the top cover (video) and a little dent in the corner of the top aluminum outer shell that was never described in the listing…The first hour it worked great booted up just fine and I was able to hook in all my settings with ease. But after about just an hour of first using it, it started to act very strange—the whole screen would go black, and then it would just completely shut down without me asking it too. This alarmed me for sure. Happened about 12 times that evening. The first day I had it.I’ve noticed that once it gets down to 3 or 4% battery, it will just completely die. It won’t go all the way down to a 1 percent and then die.The chargers they give you are not Apple chargers, and they are higher than 60W (87W) which further research on the Internet shows that that can be problematic and cause electrical shorts in the laptop. Theyre too strong. I mentioned to this to the company and they said they will replace my charger (with the exact same one 🙄) —it created the same problem. Nothing improved with the second charger you sent me nothing at all. When it starts to reach full capacity closed and charging, it starts making it on and off sounds over and over again, it’s glitchy, and that was the case with both chargers.I will just have to charge it and unplug it and deal with the annoying sounds that it makes when it’s fully charged and still plugged in.I’m not going to return it because I honestly cannot afford a brand new MacBook Pro not many people can these days in this economy but all these things considered is why you all received three stars from me. I hope the company will be a bit more transparent about the quality of things going forward for others.

I was honestly nervous ordering a refurbished Mac since I know it can be a hit or a miss, but I'm very happy with how things turned out! There are a few small, minor scratches, but I expected a bit of wear and tear. The laptop did arrive dead, but that didn't bother me much. The touchpad and keyboard are in great condition, the charger works, the screen is bright, colors are more vibrant, and it's just ten times better than my old MacBook Air. It's also lighter, which is great because I wanted a laptop that was a bit more portable. Overall, I'm very happy with the product!
