Unfortunately the product had a defective battery and had to be returned.

The media could not be loaded. If it wasn’t for the box it came it I would assume this computer was brand new. There is no signs of wear and tear , no scratches, scrapes or scuffs. Completely clean and shining. I read through the reviews over and over and it gave me mixed views but I took the gamble and I’m happy I did!!! Packaging was great with foam wrap and bubble wrapping in a taped secured box. The charger included I do not believe is an apple charger but it works great and it has the apple charging light on it which I love. When the computer arrived it was completely dead I had to charge it for about 3 hours for a full battery. Logging in I ran into an issue with accepting the apple agreement with my Apple ID so I just created a log in for the computer and logged in with my Apple ID later. There were a few updates which I expected they took about an hour. There was a Catalina update and Monterey as well. Once updated I checked a few things including battery life which is in good condition and the sound (I’ve included a video for that). I’ve included photos of almost everything to help anyone interested and on the fence of making a purchase. Also keep in mind if you do receive a bad pc you have 90 days to return it. Hope this helps!!
