Apple 2017 MacBook Air with 1.8GHz Core i5 CPU 13-inch 8GB RAM 128 GB Storage Silver (Renewed)

The computer is in perfect condition, looks brand new but it was not properly restored to factory defaults and it won't let me permanently change the administrators password which means that everytime I turn on the computer I have to do a system reboot, and change the password again. To even get in. This is the third renewed MacBook I've purchased. Never had this problem before. But it really is a problem. And I'm not just talking about having to reboot once a day. If I reboot now, get a phone call, talk ten minutes and then go back to the computer I have to reboot again. . Very frustrating!!!I called the company and they said I couldcreturn it to the company and they would try to restore it to factory defaults but the main reason I chose this computer was because they offered a faster delivery date. I use my computer for my work and I needed it in a hurry not realizing they were just going to ship out a computer without properly restoring iit's a four day turn around to ship it back plus however long it takes to repair it and I'mNot in a situation where I can be computerless for five or six days. So I'm screwed.I highly recommend GHLY HIGHLY recommend against ordering from this seller:(?I've shopped through Amazon for aboutv18 years and this is the first disappointment I've had but its a biggie. Don't get a computer from this company.

I’ve been a PC person my whole life and this is my first venture into an Apple laptop. I was willing to risk the money to buy an old laptop, and this refurbished one was in excellent condition. It’s not super fast nor has high quality graphics, but it works fine. I mainly use it to surf the Internet and stream movies. I bought a 4K adapter to connect an HDMI cable to watch movies on my TV and the picture is great. I highly recommend getting a 4K adapter if you’re going to connect it to another monitor or TV screen. The battery life is strong and feels like how a new laptop battery would last.
