Refurbished and not what I thought I ordered; was not ready to run, already partitioned hard drive, too much work to get it running

Make sure to check seller before purchasing used.Arrived when it said it would (Paid for FedEx Overnight) which was extremely important as I needed it on a time crunch for travel work.What was even better — condition said “Good”, in my opinion it is “Excellent”. Very minor scratches on the bottom of the laptop. There is no cosmetic damage in-plain sight.Battery cycle only has 130 counts on a Maxbook M3 Max. 90% battery health. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. There were 7 days left to subscribe to the Apple Care+ Limited Warranty and I was able to opt in just in time. So now if anything does happen I will have repairs covered.I couldn’t have asked for a better value computer going into 2026.
