For my use this laptop is awesome. It exceeds ALL my expectations. I would expect to pay almost double what I paid for this if I tried to buy it in a retail store. Setup was easy. It’s quiet the screen is clear and bright. I want to buy my brother one also as a gift.My only issue is not with the seller nor the laptop. It’s with Amazon. When I was not delivered the original order, after being a 23 yr Amazon customer, Amazon began harassing me and accusing me of fraud or lying and “breaking their refund/return policy” too many times.Their multitude of harassing and accusatory emails severely upset me and disappointed me “. They said they had a list of my “past abuses”. When I asked to see the list- they apologized . I have NEVER asked for a refund or return in my 23 yrs as a customer before this.I ordered a 2nd laptop-the same one and it got easily got delivered correctly they used UPS instead of USPS who lost the 1st one.But the harassing and threatening emails continued. They gave me a refund which was unexpected for the first computer. I didn’t ask for that. I just wanted my laptop that I paid for. They haven’t stopped. Amazon goes back and forth with accusations then apologies. They have canceled orders I have placed after this one. Fearing I will continue “abusing their policies”. SMH.My point is I am left wondering what happened to the Amazon I loved for 23 yrs? Is this what’s left. Try giving Amazon customer service a call or to chat with a live agent! Good luck with that. Shame on Amazon. ONLY once in 23 years I don’t received what I ordered. And now they treat me like a criminal and provided supper that’s very unhelpful with their bots. Amazon… what happened to you?Since then I have ordered 15-20 more items and no problems. But they still or me a sincere apology. SMH
