I wish I had known about the modes before I bought a predator,...what modes you ask? well, you can liken the modes somewhat to a stick shift, shifting gears as apposed to an automatic, most people don't want stick shifts anymore and prefer automatics, to avoid the extra hassle, well, this PC has 5 modes you can liken to a stick shift by pressing a button, the modes are economy, quiet, balanced, performance and turbo,...and I have had nothing but problems out of this, mainly start up issues, core issues, some of my programs I have to actually unplug the power cord just to get the program to start in economy mode, then plug the cord back in after its up and running, some programs work in one mode but not in another finding myself switching around to find a mode that works and some of my programs don't run at all most of the time and I have to physically go into ms config and select a set number of cores that might make the program run, it's hit or miss, you get the idea? it's a hassle and I wish I known before purchase because I would have left it on the shelf and purchased an automatic PC instead of a 5 speed.
