This is a good product for the price. I like everything about it. The problem is that it is advertised as having backlit keyboard. I have not been able to get the backlighting to turn on after trying everything I can think of. This is a repeat review. I was told that my review would be responded to. I have yet to see a response. I am not sure as to where to look for a response e.g. text or email.I RESCIND THE ABOVE REVIEW STATEMENT. WITH SUPPORT, I WAS ABLE TO GET THE BACKLIT FUNCTION TURNED ON. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING THE LAPTOP.
