A power supply is urgently needed for this device. After purchasing the Aspire 3 A325-34 in August 2025, the barrel connector for the power supply broke. This type of issue is not uncommon. After being unable to find a compatible power supply locally for the computer, I contacted the seller, Oydisen Computer, for assistance after multiple email exchanges, Oydisen Computer advised me to use a USB-C port with Power Delivery, I ordered the recommended USB-C charger, only to discover that the laptop does not support this charging method. After this I attempted to register the laptop with Acer, but the process could not be completed because Acer's system did not recognize the S/N or SNID information from the computer. My recommendation based on this experience, not to purchase this product.

had this computer for half a year now, ive had no crashes like other reviews have stated. however the other reviews are correct the webcam does not work and same with the microphone. you have to plug in a external microphone and webcam. it has okay speed and runs low intensity games well like Stardew valley. It will not run any first person shooter very low frame rate unplayable. games such as overwatch, apex, fortnight, csgo will not run. which was to be expect... the noise level is alright when the fan kicks on it is very loud. I would defiantly buy a different laptop if you value the webcam and microphone, i do not think this laptop is worth 400-500$. the quality is around 200-300$... like people have said it seems to be aftermarket and not from a true acer seller. but the laptop does what i need it to do, mainly college homework and web browsing as well as some low intensity games. the design is light weight, and seems somewhat sturdy? i had it fall out of my backpack from a 2 foot height and nothing happened thankfully, their seems to be no issues from the fall. i would not throw it around as it was not made with that intention lol it is not rugged. storage seems to be good i have a few programs and games downloaded and still have plenty of space. my space bar now is squeaking after this review..... switches dont seem to last long.
