fast, functional, low cost. good quality. stays cool. reasonable battery life, easy to use. even some more expensive $600+ laptops aren't as upgradable as this. Accepts all lengths of NVME M.2 SSD - except for the shortest kind - the screw hole to lock it down is nonstandard or something, i had to cross thread some screw i found to make it work. It's probably never going to get a "shortest type" SSD replacement so it's fine. It packs a bit of punch - the APU graphics and processing can throw down if needed, it's not a $5000 gamer machine but it's strong for this class and budget kind of laptop, upgradable storage and memory, and extremely affordable. As a top reviewer put it "It fills an important value niche". If you need something with more guts and potential than a $200 skeleton, you need to do some light productivity and maybe even some simple games but you're like me and too poor for the $400+ range go for this. Do yourself a favor and during setup do the offline workaround look it up online how to do it, it worked for me. You want to be able to control access - it's not Microsoft's property.

When I travel, I take lots of pictures and video, both with my cell phone and GoPro amd Insta360 video camearas. Video resolution is at least 4K. The screens on these devices, even my cell phone, are really too small to properly evaluate the photo/video quality, and to share with others.I was attracted to this laptop for several reasons- Inexpensive (relatively)- A fast CPU- Higher screen resolution than most laptops in this class. Being 1200 pixels tall instead of the usual 1080 px just gives more workspace. Also, videos playing at regular high Def (HD) 1080p have room to display the control bar as well as the video- Not very large overallThis laptop has minimal memory and solid-state disk drive storage space. I was concerned that it might not run some of my applications due to having only 8 GB of memory. The disk storage doesn't bother me because external flash memory storage is cheap these days.It turns out that this computer runs Insta360 Studio (video editor) with no problems, although when running, almost 100% of the system memory is in use, so you won't be able to run another large program at the same time and expect things to be very speedy.As provided, the computer will not display GoPro videos. It lacks the codex needed for that. Instead of the default Windows video player, I use the free video player PotPlayer which comes with the needed GoPro codex, so no problem!Overall, I think this is a great laptop for my needs!
