Acer does it again. I have been using Acer laptops for the last 10 years now. I have had horrible experiences with big-name brand laptops and have usually had to return them; however, I have never had to do this with an Acer laptop. I use it for school, watching videos, and shopping.I find each one always comes with its own little glitches, which I usually just learn to live with because it doesn't mean the quality isn't there.This particular laptop gets very hot, very fast. You must, and I stress, must have some kind of cooling pad underneath this laptop; otherwise, everything freezes and stops working properly.The second thing is when I watch videos, every once in a while, I get a Max Headroom glitch where the sound will do that skippity bop thing for a few seconds before the video goes back to normal.Overall, these are small things that don't bother me because no technology is perfect and never will be. I will definitely buy another Acer again when this one wears out.
