3.0 out of 5 stars Solid 7/10
By Ricardo Smith
Screen: beautiful OLED screen with a high resolution, no complaints here. Do note though that this screen is very bright and the minimum level on the display does not get low enough at night for my wife who is more sensitive to bright lights (just something to keep in mind).Security: fast and accurate finger print sensor built into the power buttonBattery life: it's better than older windows laptops but no where close to a MacBook. However, if you do light work it'll probably get you through the day.Heat: laptop gets warm for light tasks but never uncomfortable (you can probably use it on your lap). If you push the laptop or have it charging while in use the chassis gets very hot and is better for use on a desk at that point. The heat can also be felt through the keyboard deck on the left side of the laptop so keep that in mind.Keyboard: typing has been comfortable for me, no complaintsConnections: plenty of ports on the laptop but do keep in mind that the USB C ports do not support display out so you are stuck with the HDMI.Performance: I do sometimes see lag when doing normal tasks like opening menus and windows but this doesn't happen all the time. Numbers wise the laptop is probably plenty fast for most things you throw at it.Speakers: terrible, they are way too soft in my opinion for media consumption but I did notice they sound fine for conference calls. Just be mindful of what you are purchasing this unit for. I also found it helpful to download a 3rd party software to force higher volume levels and provide better equalization.Camera: good quality, can't complainMic: seems to be fine but i did notice that during calls people would sometimes here feedback/echoing from the speakers (still not sure why this happens).Build quality: it's aluminium but looks and feels more like rigid plastic.Weight: I think it weighs about as much as my MacBook air, it's just a bit thicker so definitely not a heavy laptop.

5.0 out of 5 stars Blazing Fast and Brilliant OLED Screen!
By Godzilla
I have been using this Swift GO 14 (SFG14-72-72YK) for about a month now. It is blazing fast, booting to Windows 11, opening apps and so on.I also added a 2nd NVMe (1 TB) inside the slot, this is much better than attaching an external storage. It has been running quietly, once in a while the fan kicks in, but it goes back to silent after 10 seconds or so.I also like the Acer LiveArt app (pre-installed), in which background removal tool is very nice and gets the job done quickly.I also have Adobe Photoshop and use the background removal tool, which requires a few steps. This Acer LiveArt is just one click and done. This Swift GO 14 is a powerhouse and brings a lot of features at a very affordable price!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Review is for 18..5 inch model; not 15.7; good value for 18.5 model

I purchased two 18.5 inch model AX18, and it looks like my review is tied to a 15.6 inch model instead, as though perhaps I purchased two at a lower price point than intended? The value was outstanding for $400..00. My review is for the 18.5 inch model which is 11 x 17 by about 1 inches in total size. The huge trackpad gets in the way a bit, but it does work and is sensitive. It can be disabled. The very large screen is beautiful and true to color, and great for movies, albeit with weak and tinny speakers. The camera is really grainy, you will use your Logitec one that is much better in low light. The case is kind of twisty plastic, and keyboard has a kind of flimsy feel to it. However, it functions just fine.It is really quite fast. I am playing around with typical office apps, big spreadsheets and so far looks great. I will eventually attempt image and video editing. hoping this keeps up. A slightly rickety, fast, wonderful display old fashioned computer. I do find myself absently touching the screen as I’ve been so “touch screen” for the past few months, and no this is not a touch screen laptop. The power supply and plug are annoyingly “non standard”. 19V 2.1a output, the sorta cheapie 57 inch power cord and odd connector are a bit worrisome.

5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful and Reliable!!

I recently bought the ACEMAGIC RX16 laptop and I’ve been really happy with it so far. It’s fast, super responsive, and handles everything I throw at it browsing, work tasks, and even gaming with no lag. As a gamer, I was surprised by how well it runs games, especially for a laptop with integrated graphics. The 16" screen is clear and vibrant, and the high refresh rate makes gameplay feel smooth. I also work in cybersecurity, and this laptop handles my tools, VMs, and scripts without any slowdown. The dual-fan cooling system does a great job keeping things cool during heavy use, and the backlit keyboard is a nice bonus for working at night. Overall, it's a solid choice for both performance and value, and I’d definitely recommend it for students, gamers, or professionals alike

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING ! ! !

So, in the past I have bought computers based more on price than features. I ended up with units that were 2 or more generations old before I opened the box. This time I bought based on specs first and price second. WOW !Incredibly fast to both retrieve and process data. (I don't do on-line games . . .) Wire sharp, photographic quality display. Lighted keys. O.k., it's missing a fingerprint reader. Boo Hoo ! Great specs, great speed and a pretty good price. What's not to like?
