I just love this laptop. My first laptop was an Acer and now its about 12yrs old I never had a problem with it and its still going strong. I decided to get another one. As of now there have been no problems. Its pretty fast but I wouldnt use it for gaming unless its just light gaming. It doesnt get hot just a little warm when using it. The fan isnt to loud which its nice. I mostly use it for light graphic design it works great using my Coral for design. If you are going to use for heavy designing I wouldnt use this the 16g would be better. I use my desktop for the hearvier software that has Intel and I have to say I prefer the Ryzen processor over the Intel for graphic design. The battery life is good it depends on what you're doing if its for designing about 6-7hrs if its for basic stuff then about 9 to 10hrs. It handles multiple tabs open on problem. Only down side is shutting it down sometimes you have reopen the top and close it down again to get it to shut off. No big deal but otherwise great laptop. I don't know how this got bad reviews maybe people are expecting a desktop in a laptop...but this little laptop gets the job done. I wish it came with a pen but you can pair one. I love the fact you can go back and forth from touch to keyboard with no problems. You cant flip the screen all the way down though. over all Im glad I stuck with Acer.
