tldr; As of today, (02/06/2025) the laptop is no longer working. I am extremely disappointed, I personally cannot recommend this product at this time.Which is a shame, as the laptop’s screen quality, value for money & speed & battery life was impressive. Perhaps I expected too much? I was hoping to get a year out of it *minimum*. I have been singing the praise of this specific laptop to everyone i know, only for it to all fall apart on me at the worst time.I’m at a loss of words, after speaking to Acer multiple times they are unable to help me.I got home today & opened it up to see a screw-like object fly from the base of the laptop. The laptop then goes black, preventing me from any further work. I use my laptop as a desktop, it is literally sitting at my desk all day for months. Never dropped it, nor mishandled it. I need it for work. Not sure what i’m going to do tomorrow.I am truly devastated. So many amazon orders, close to 50 in the last 3 months of 2024 & this is the first product i’ve had issue with. :(

I am hard to please and rarely write good reviews. This is a decent laptop for the price.
