Pros: Laptop boots and runs well. USB-C port works solidly. Performance is decent for the specs.Cons:- HDMI port completely non-functional despite appearing physically intact- USB-A ports are loose and disconnect easily if cables are moved- Came loaded with bloatware requiring extensive cleanupFor a refurbished unit sold directly by Acer and listed as "excellent condition," I expected all ports to work properly. A broken HDMI port eliminates external display capability - a major feature loss. Loose USB ports are frustrating and feel cheap.If you need HDMI output or reliable USB connections, this refurb is not "excellent condition." Acer should test ALL ports before listing units at this quality tier.Disappointed in Acer's refurbishment standards.

This has worked out great for me, I haven't had any problems. Fan gets loud, but that's the nature of game laptops. I did have to figure out how to completely remove Norton or McAfee (one of those things). I am happy with my purchase, would buy again if needed.
