It worked good for bout 2 hours. Then the wifi and Bluetooth completely disappeared from the laptop as if it never had it. No driver update worked and the one on their website was missing the driver update. You can download the really big file and install but after restart it tells you download didn't install completely and re-downloading it was a waste of time and also you need a 3rd device and a wired connection. I'm not a tech guy so it's takes a little bit more time and effort to diagnose stuff like this but not one thing helped any fixes and also it would tell you this device is not equipped with wifi & Bluetooth. I was thinking of having it looked at but then I found out that 2 or 3 days after I purchased this laptop for $499+ tx that only worked for 2 hours, they reduced the price tag even more. It's $60+ sale difference and im sure they knew about this the day i purchased it. You know how somethings have warning labels, stuff like this should have a 'future sale label' posted on stuff that's already on sale. Ofcourse I would have waited the extra day for a bigger sale. Anyway I just decided to send it back and hope I get my full refund and I did. One other good thing besides the full refund (thank you for that) is that I've learned a lot about laptops since a few weeks ago and have a better understanding of what I'm buying and who I'm buying from. I will not be buying another laptop from amazon and happy this experience is finished.

This laptop is great for everyday use or gaming. It has strong performance. You can download songs very fast . No lag when playing games. Backlit keyboard is standout feature. It’s easier to type even at dark. It has sleek design. Price is very affordable. Setup was very simple. Anybody can do it . It takes only a few minutes. I am happy with my new gaming PC. Definitely recommend it.
