I don’t write a lot of reviews, however, I felt the need to with this computer.I’m a little upset and feel duped. This company ran multiple ads with the same exact computer with different prices. The prices ranged from $399-$1599, there was a $459.00 and a $565.00. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice these different prices until after I purchased the computer. The one I purchased said regular price $1599 marked down to $565 during prime days. So what is the actual value of this computer?The computer arrived later than it said when shipped, the fault was with Amazon not this company.Upon arrival, the computer was completely dead. Dead! Absolutely no power whatsoever. Im older than the internet and have purchased plenty of laptops in my life, never once did I receive a laptop that was completely dead until now. That can’t be good for the battery.I finally got it all charged and turned it on. It took what seemed like forever for the screen to power up. Once it did, it took another few minutes to boot up. For a laptop that supposed to have some speed, it shouldn’t have taken so long to boot up.Hopefully it gets better as I begin to use it. But as of now, I can’t recommend this laptop. Especially since they play games with pricing.
